I'd go 4.56 any time and all my Bronco's have been my daily drivers and weekend warriors. At the time, I was seriously afraid 4.56 would be too much with my highway use. I had 4.10's on my old '89 w/3" body lift and 35" tires and when I installed 'em, I thought it was the greatest thing since PB&J but I'd been dogging around w/35's and stock, 3.55 gears for too long. I wouldn't recommend it for a C6 but if you've got OD, I'm all for it. I drove my '90 on 31's from Newport, WA to Portland, Or. My old 90's 302/AOD handled the 4.56 gears just as well and with no lift and a tight budget, I ran 31's for a long time before I could get into the 33's. They are better with the 35's but I'm short and gimpy and dropping my lift from 6" to 4". The '95's 351/E4OD handles it well and I'm running around 2500 - 2700 RPM at 70 - 75 mph.
